操作使用電子萬能試驗機有一定環(huán)境要求：保持測試環(huán)境整潔、干燥，附帶各夾具抗氧化性能良好；試驗機正常工作的環(huán)境溫度是10～35℃，相對濕度不大于80％。 在此環(huán)境下具體操作機器時有一定規(guī)程，我們簡單分享一下。

首先，準(zhǔn)備工作

1.試驗機進行可靠接地，地線接在試驗機的后部螺栓上。

2.檢查試驗傳感器是否滿足試驗要求，是否需要更換傳感器，避免被試品測試力過大損壞傳

然后，正式操作

1. 按順序打開試驗機----電腦----打印機的電源開關(guān)（預(yù)熱15分鐘）。

2.待測試品放置試驗臺面，調(diào)節(jié)試驗機升降按鈕確保與測試面對準(zhǔn)，并對試品做好裝夾。

3. 電腦打開軟件SANS-POWER TEST進入主界面；點擊試驗部分，進入編輯試驗方案界面。

4.編輯試驗方案時，設(shè)置各試驗參數(shù)例如：測試項目，測試力值，限位值等；對軟件中原有試驗方案可直接使用，對新試驗方案需重新進行編輯和添加；保存退出。

5.返回主界面后將“實時力值”，“位移”，“變形”，“峰值力值”進行清零。

6.點擊右向三角按鈕開始試驗。

7.當(dāng)“實時力值”開始下降且“實時力值”明顯低于“峰值力值”時，可以點擊方框按鈕停止試驗，或利用試驗機自動返車（此項功能需在試驗方案中進行參數(shù)設(shè)置），記錄“峰值力值”比對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做出試驗結(jié)果判定。
